30 Dads Who Absolutely Did Not Want Any Pets

Dads who definitely didn’t want that pet but then ending up loving the pet more than anyone else is not a myth but an actual real thing. It’s so heart-warming, and a little hilarious, to see dads who never wanted a pet suddenly become completely enchanted and obsessed by a new pet.   • 9. Dad said the dog wasn’t a lap dog and needed to stay off the furniture. Looks like he’s since changed his mind.
  • 10. Might not be his dog, but that is definitely the dog’s human!

  • 25. He never ever wanted a dog but 4 days after the puppy turned up, she helped him recover from a stroke. Now they are inseparable.
  • 26. He used to really dislike nakey cats but now he loves giving skin to skin contact so the cat can fall asleep.
  • 27. He went so quickly from not wanting the cat to carrying her to her own room at night.
  • 28. He never let his kids have pets but now is obsessed with this cat. He put the kitty in this box and drags her around. He calls this “Kitty Express” and makes train noises.
